Smart Serve, is a division of the Hospitality Training Organization of Ontario (HITOO).The Smart Serve program is approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) as a server training program for the Ontario hospitality industry.

Smart Serve is a dedicated advocate for responsible alcohol service. Anyone who serves or handles alcohol in a licensed establishment in Ontario must be certified by Smart Serve. Smart Serve graduates understand the critical importance of public safety whenever they serve alcohol, and they are empowered to act decisively when the need arises.
