Audi has a well-earned reputation as a purveyor of some of the finest automotive vehicles in the world. This meshed well with Femme Fatale Media’s own sterling reputation in the event and experiential marketing space; and so it was that towards the end of April, Femme Fatale Media’s experiential marketing arm was charged with the all-encompassing mission of complete event planning, marketing, staffing, execution and management for the all-new Audi Q5 launch event in Calgary, AB.
Here’s what went down over at Glenmore Audi’s launch event – after our team flew out to Calgary to get things done.
The Set Up – A small, curated list of individuals were invited to attend the launch event and have a look at the new cars (which, by the way, are total beauts!). Before the official opening of the launch, Femme Fatale’s brand ambassadors were ready to go and ready to provide the level of service and attention that reflects Audi’s brand values.
The Launch – On launch day, attendees were treated to both valet and coat check services (“I feel so VIP!” quipped one of the attendees). Guests were pleasantly impressed by the overall presentation – and to bolster their positive experience, Femme Fatale’s staff served complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres throughout the duration of the event.
On the whole, the guests loved the event. “Valet service and everything – you really went all out!” said one guest, and another remarked that “The new Q5 is super impressive” – underscoring the power of the event in driving a robust brand image for Audi and generating interest in the new models.
After the Launch – The event ended at night, with a total of 150 impressions and 125 interactions. Attendees were delighted with the event and the event provided a firm foundation for sales of Audi’s new models.
